Delivery of Purchases
For payment made by bank wire, direct deposit, or cashier's check, shipments to clients are made through the United States Postal Service, registered and insured mail, within 7 to 21 business days from the date funds constituting full payment of the agreed purchase price clear our account.
For payments by personal check, shipments to clients will be made through the United States Postal Service, registered and insured mail, within 15 to 29 business days from the date the personal check constituting full payment of the agreed purchase price has been received, processed and cleared.
Please be aware that once the shipment has been accepted by the United States Postal Service for delivery, Capital Gold Group can provide you with a Registered Mail tracking number, but has no control over the time required by the USPS to deliver the shipment to you.
Once your shipment is received, please compare contents of your shipment to the invoice enclosed, and immediately notify CGG of any discrepancies.
