Lost or Non-Received Items
If any purchased item is lost or not received by you, then you must notify Capital Gold Group immediately. Capital Gold Group will then, in its sole discretion, upon verification that the purchased item was lost or not received, and within ninety (90) days of the verification, either refund to you the full purchase price of the lost or non-received items or replace the items with another item or items identical to those purchased. If the item is stolen, it is then your responsibility to report the loss to your local authorities and/or file a claim with your insurance company.
