Refund Policy
Capital Gold Group is not obligated to accept returns of any coins for refund other than counterfeit coins returned in their original holders within one year of purchase. In no event will CGG be liable for a replacement or refund of the purchase price for any coin purchased by you if more than one year has elapsed since the date of purchase, regardless of when you became aware of the claim.
In the case of counterfeit coins, CGG's liability to you shall be limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of the coins in question. CGG expressly disclaims any further liability to you, including any liability for lost profits or consequential damages as a result of counterfeit coins.
Any numismatic coin may be replaced with any other numismatic coin of equal or greater value for any reason whatsoever within fifteen days of receipt of the numismatic coin by you, provided that the returned numismatic coin has not been removed from its original holder and is returned in the same condition as when it was shipped by CGG.
All bullion transactions are final unless the item has been proven to be false by a competent authority.
