Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed simultaneously in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement and the agreements appended hereto or executed in connection with this Agreement may be signed and transmitted by facsimile, and any copy with a facsimile signature will be deemed a valid signature hereto or thereto and shall be deemed binding on the parties as if it were an original signature.
