Upon the confirmation and receipt of the agreed on funds constituting full payment of the agreed purchase price, CGG shall ship Customer's purchase within 7-21 business days. For payments by check, this shipment will be made within twenty-nine (29) business days after a check has been received, processed and cleared. CGG shall ship purchased items to Customer through insured United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered Mail.
