Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the internal Laws of the State of California. Customer acknowledges that CGG has its principal place of business in California. Customer acknowledges that he/she is transacting business in the State of California. Any action, including but not limited to arbitration and court actions arising out of this Agreement shall be exclusively venued in the State of California, County of Los Angeles, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Customer submits to personal jurisdiction within the State of California.
